MatchCreatorz is a talent hiring platform that connects businesses and clients with skilled professionals through profile discovery, bidding, and direct hiring. MatchCreatorz does not act as an employer, recruitment agency, or contractor.
The platform provides a digital environment where professionals can showcase portfolios, submit bids, and offer services, while businesses can evaluate talent and hire independently. MatchCreatorz does not guarantee employment, project awards, successful bids, project completion, or outcomes of any collaboration.
Users must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities conducted through their accounts. MatchCreatorz is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
Service providers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their profiles, portfolios, skills, experience, pricing, and bids listed on MatchCreatorz. Any false or misleading representation may result in account suspension or termination. Professionals are solely responsible for delivering services as agreed with clients, including scope, quality, timelines, pricing, and communication. MatchCreatorz does not supervise, manage, or control services performed.
Clients are responsible for clearly defining project requirements, expectations, timelines, budgets, and evaluation criteria when posting work or reviewing bids. All agreements entered into with service providers are independent of MatchCreatorz. Clients must act fairly, lawfully, and transparently when reviewing profiles, portfolios, and bids.
MatchCreatorz may facilitate or support payment systems, invoicing tools, or bidding-related features. However, all financial agreements are solely between clients and service providers unless explicitly stated otherwise. MatchCreatorz is not responsible for payment disputes, bid disagreements, delays, chargebacks, or refunds. Users are advised to maintain clear records of agreements, bids, and transactions.

All MatchCreatorz platform content, branding, software, and technology are the intellectual property of MatchCreatorz unless otherwise stated. Users retain ownership of their own content but grant MatchCreatorz the right to display, promote, and distribute such content for platform operations. Unauthorized use of MatchCreatorz intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
MatchCreatorz is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. All hiring, bidding, and service engagements occur at the users’ own risk.
MatchCreatorz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions, with or without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which MatchCreatorz operates.
